The University of Waterloo Art Gallery (UWAG) was established in 1964 and is located in East Campus Hall (ECH), adjacent to the Fine Arts Department. UWAG engages both the campus and community-at-large with an annual slate of exhibitions featuring recent work by significant emerging and mid-career artists from across Canada and abroad. In 2010, the gallery was renovated and revitalized by Director/Curator, Ivan Jurakic. Our exhibitions, opening receptions and events are free and open to the public.
